  1. a well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, "the defensive military is needed to remain a sovereign nation"
the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed, "keep and bear means own and use while arms is defined as weapons, ammunition, and armaments"

Our right is to own and use arms, arms can be anything from knives to guns, and ammunition is specifically a part of the definitions included for the words in the 2nd…. AND liberal google is the one who gives that definition up…. laws that do not stop folks from getting guns, such as the NICS check are not a violation if the 2nd, it does not hinder the population from ownership, it only keeps the wrong folks from getting firearms… When they are used correctly……

Everyone bitching about the bump stock bans, ask yourself it they are firearms, nowhere does the 2nd offer protections for accessories, especially ones that have no bearing on the proper function of a firearm… Currently the only overreach I see against the 2nd is the NFA itself… of all the regulations involved with firearms, that is the only one that absolutely keeps us from "keeping and bearing" arms… contrary to popular belief, that violation is only against pre-1986 manufactured select fire weapons…. those are the only items we are being infringed upon at the national level…

Let's take this deeper, since you say you like to throw TRUTH out there…. any and all federal and state firearm control measures of any type are actually a violation of the 10th amendment, not necessarily the 2nd only….. The 10th says if not numerated to the federal govt, it is reserved to the states or people, respectively….. the 2nd places firearms squarely in the place of the people…. yes, our government took firearm control at the federal level, and specifically listed it and returned it directly to the people, which means you, individually have the right to decide how to, or not to, exercise your rights as you see fit, not the State legislature, nor the federal legislature….. only you… IF the constitution were actually followed by the US government any longer, that is……

  2. Each state has certain powers outlined by The Constitution and Federal
government has certain powers. The term used is "State's Rights".

When you read "A well regulated militia being necessary for a free
state" refers to a state militia that was under the governor's command.
The militia was there to defend against a tyrannical federal government
or another state that chose to disrupt the other. The issue of slavery
created situations that called for militia. Colorado's governor
ordered the state militia to stop a strike by coal miners in Ludlow
Colorado. That was April 1914. The militia set fire to the miners camps
in which they and their wives and children lived in tents. About 25 died
including miners wives and children. That was day one. The next day the
miners took up arms and attacked other mines which were owned by John
Rockefeller. They fought the militia for 10 days and destroyed mining
    equipment. Almost 200 perished.
The miners were The People who had the Right to keep and bear arms and they fought the militia which was being controlled by the governor who no doubt was doing John D.
Rockefeller's bidding. Coal mining is a miserable job, low pay and back
breaking labor along with black coal dust not to mention the company
store which the workers were always in debt to as it would be the only
outlet for goods and prices were jacked up.
Without the Second Amendment you would have no choice where you worked or how hard. You could not complain. If you were injured you would probably be left on
your own or killed. This is how important The Bill of Rights is and
the Founders felt the same way. They believed government should never
have control over the citizens or intrude into their lives.

  3. If you're trying to CONVINCE people of something they don't know or don't understand, I can speak with authority when I say that using the angry tone of voice and informing them how weak, ignorant, and helpless they are may help to reinforce the sentiments of people who already agree with you, but it will likely alienate anyone who starts the video to learn something– and they may (maybe) get as far as I did, but they won't watch the whole thing, and they will feel offended or at least uninterested in your message.
If you just want to rant, fine. Get it done in 2 minutes and you'll get a lot of views. But if you are trying to TEACH, try treating your prospective audience with a little respect. Speak to them as you would a friend…
Then compare the response to that of THIS video.

  4. I'm Pro 2nAmendment. Don't let the Jews who planned all this, who are now Extorting Poland for, Drum Roll Please… $300,000,000, yes that's Billion. The New York Jewish Society, standing beside their Muslim brothers…
They've been chipping away at America's Constitutional Rights. They're trying to end Bonds to get out of Jail for blacks and Mexicans in California. Talk about Toppling the Weights of Justice! Our Constitution says, Equal Justice over all Under the Law… So only the Whites can be kept in Jail until they can afford to be released? How is that Equal? Louis Farrakhan's Blacks/Islamic/Muslim/Jews are over running the World. May Louis Farrakhan and his Minions he sent from Chicago to Racine Wisconsin after me be dealt with as the Treasonists they are. In front of a Firing Squad. As a Catholic 60 year old, Lady, I say Carry your gun, and Carriers Insurance. Amen.

  5. My issue is not with the right to have guns- but with the mindset that beyond just having a gun no other responsibility is attached. There are responsible gun owners- it's safe to assume that over half of gun owners don't fall into that group. There are no legal requirements for ongoing training (in weapon use and emotional control) and so on in order to have a gun license. Having guns among those who are trained to use them in the correct situations can be a safeguard but those who are mentally enslaved still with guns are an even greater danger. There is a continued total lack of personal responsibility among individuals and letting such a population continue without any changes in laws lead the current state the USA is in. Sadly, since people think laws are required then they must be changed.

  6. Many of the first ten amendments contain more than one right. The First Amendment has five rights. The Second Amendment contains two rights, the right to protect and maintain a free state and the right to protect and defend your personal freedom. That is why it says the right of the people shall not be infringed, not just the right of the state to have an armed militia. I don't need any definition of militia because the definition of people is pretty self explanatory.

  7. Want to stop these parasitic politicians, STOP PAYING TAXES. If everyone in the United States stopped PAYING taxes until these morons pull their heads out of their ASSES, they would realize that we are in charge. With the use of social media it could be done. WAKE UP AMERICA!!!

  8. i wonder if those who say they want to be left alone with rights rights rights, give animals the same rights? or just shoot them and order the killing of them driving through Mcdonalds drive thru… It is amazing how the principles of veganism line up perfect with the people who defend the amendments… and veganism is the opposite of what the democratic party act like… think about it before replying…. it is amazing through this whole video the hypocrisy when it comes to another species is incredible.. not ragging on the guy.. but talking about God etc.. yet most people support the breeding of animals (being God) to then kill ( infringe on freedoms and safety) the animals… and before you reply, you treat your dog well, yet in China they eat them… so realise you are just mind fucked from culture to believe thats dogs have a higher place then another animal…

  9. I don't mean any disrespect to the constitution, but why rely on analyzing a document to know that you have a right to arm yourself? I would still own a gun if it didn't say it.

  10. Semper – Paratus

Remember the Bill of Rights was written to protect the citizen from a immoral and tyrannical government! They were rights guaranteed to we the people in order to bring forth our new republic! This new experiment in government. They were promises to not go down the path of the last government we just cast off. Liberty is our right, not a privilege to be taken away, but a right. And these amendments were put down to even get the government approved. Promises! Each right to help protect the others. Our founding fathers knew this was necessary to get the votes needed! Read through some of their thoughts.

"A free people not only be armed, but disciplined……"~ George Washington, First Annual Address to both House of Congress, Jan 8, 1790

"No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." Thomas Jefferson, Virginia Constitution, Draft 1, 1776

"I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery." – Thomas Jefferson letter to James Madison Jan, 30, 1787

" What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms." – Thomas Jefferson. Letter to James Madison Dec, 20, 1787

"The laws that forbid the carrying of arms laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes…. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailant; they serve rather to encourage then to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence then an armed man." Thomas Jefferson
Commonplace Book (quoting a 18th century criminologist Cesarean Beccaria), 1774-1776

"The Constitution of most of our states (and of the United States) assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves; that it is their right and duty to be at all times Armed."- Thomas Jefferson Letter to John Cartwright June 5, 1824

"They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." Ben Franklin

"To disarm the people…[i]s the most effectual way to enslave them." – George Mason

"I ask who are the militia? They consist now of the whole people, except a few public officers." – George Mason. Address to Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 4, 1788

" Before a standing arm can rule, the people must be disarmed, as they are in almost every country in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops." – Noah Webster, An Examination of the leading Principles of the Federal Constitution, Oct, 10, 1787

"Besides the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which the people are attached, and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of." – James Madison, Federalist No. 46, Jan. 29, 1788

"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. A well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained in arms, is the best and most natural defense of a free country." – James Madison, I Annuals of Congress 434, June 8, 1789

"A militia when properly formed are in fact the people themselves….and include, according to the past and general usage of states, all men capable of bearing arms… "To preserve Liberty, it is essential that the whole body of people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them."-Richard Henry Lee, Federal Farmer No. 18, Jan. 25, 1788

I have hundreds more quotes by many of our founding fathers on their belief of our right (not privilege) to keep and bear arms by each citizen! But let me leave off with one more.

" This may be considered as the true palladium of Liberty… The right of self defense is the first law of nature: in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest limits possible. Whenever standing armies are kept up, and the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, Liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction." -St. George Tucker, Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of England, 1803.

    One more…..

"The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms." – Samuel Adams, Massachusetts Ratifying Convention, 1788.

  11. It says "regulated", it doesn't say free guns to every moron out there. It also says "militia" which is a hierarchical organization, so the individual has to submit to the rules of the organization. Most pro-gun people conveniently violate the 2nd amendment 😕

  12. Moral busybodies persecute you with the approval of their own conscience because they believe that they do so for your own good. C.s. lewis credited with saying something to that effect.

  13. Stop criminalizing poverty and stop criminalizing those that legitimately cannot pay debts due to the stupid extortionized healthcare costs and rising costs of living. Attention: NOTHING IS GOING DOWN IN COSTS! This is not Freedom. If you don't like my statements-TOUGH! Time to grab a spine post haste.

  14. Why can't gov and the citizenry work together in a favorable outcome to freedom? Try that one on for size…. What is so hard about that? We are enslaved and they are enslaved and it is time to figure out to WHOM AND WHAT AND ESCAPE THIS MADNESS POST HASTE……ITS AN INSANE ASYLUM -this open air with limited movement prison farm GETTING WORSE DAILY!!! Freedom can be achieved in less than 5 minutes and I am still waiting…….

  15. Just re read the 2nd amendment. To be fair…it was not well written. The founding fathers argued over having a continuing standing Army. Many felt it could only become abusive. Power begets power…!!! So, in compromise, they agreed that an Army (militia) might be necessary…but to counteract any possible abuse, THE PEOPLE would have the unabridged rights to arm themselves against ALL TYRANNY. The first sentence in the amendment is a poorly worded capitulation. The second is the blood, guts, meat and bones. Jefferson said that, "The Government should be overthrown every 20 years, just to keep the chains on it…!!!"

  16. I have refused to pay the Federal Income Tax for the last 20 years. How may gun owners do you know who are willing to do that? And you think owning a gun makes you not a slave? I say I am less of a slave than the 100 million gun owners that take pride in being robbed!

  17. "A well regulated militia…" In the English of the time, "regulated" meant trained and equipped, and everyone living would have understood that meaning. Professional soldiers were referred to as "regulars." There were no heaps and reams of government "regulations." Regardless of whether a militia is well regulated or not, no militia can form from a disarmed populace.

  18. That's complete bullshit right off the bat. Owning a gun does not make you not a slave. A gun will not protect you against them chemtrailing our skies with poison, polluting our water and genetically altering our food. What are you gonna do, have a shoot out with the govt? Owning a gun is great but don't let it trick into thinking your safe or that your work is done. We're already way behind the agenda.

  19. Greetings from the UK! I am the son of a WWII veteran and have been brought up in the spirit that it's fine to own guns, because it is people that kill people, not the guns themselves. This country has stringent Gun Control rules, exercised since the 1980s, that have reduced the populace to toothless sheep. We cannot even have an Olympic Pistol Team because of our gun laws, yet we still have gun crime. Now that certain individuals have taken to carrying out 'terrorist' attacks using knives, any blades are now being targeted. Soon we won't be able to spread butter on bread, if our politicians and SJWs have their way. Violent crime and theft are on the rise, along with unemployment, homelessness and persecution of the old and the sick. We cannot kick back as a nation and we are even being denied any actions based upon the things we vote for; which renders us all slaves.TAKE HEED, America and God bless!

  20. It doesn't say the right of the militia to keep and bear arms, it says the right of the people. And it also says, shall not be infringed. Not it's ok to infringe if . . . Also, it was a right given to us by our Creator, not by the government. The Constitution isn't a writ of power for the government, it's a restraining order.
